About Cyndi Adams

Cyndi is rooted deeply in Colorado. Her great grandparents had a farm way out in the country, west of Denver in the early 1900’s, in a place now known as 38th and Wadsworth. She went to the same high school as her parents. This is her home. She knows this city and has seen the changes and growth. And the Denver housing market changes quickly, but she is always thinking and doing real estate. For most people, your house is the biggest and most important purchase or sale you'll ever make. It can be a challenging task to choose a house that meets your needs, feels good, and is a wise financial investment. But Cyndi meets these goals. She loves houses and loves helping people fulfill their needs and dreams.

What Clients Are Saying About Cyndi…

"Very satisfied with the results with Cyndi. My condo sold quickly and paperwork went very well."
-Karen Benson

"Cyndi is a magic maker. She not only helped me to sell my loft in the Golden Triangle of Denver, she was able to position at the highest price per square foot that the building had seen to date. Then she helped me find my next home, a charmer in Hilltop that increased by 20% in value (with a little design and remodeling work) in less than 18 months during a down market. That's the kind of realtor that I enjoying working with - someone willing to go the extra mile to sell at the right price and buy at the right price. Thanks, Cyndi!"
-Karen Meyer

"Cyndi helped me find my perfect home nearly four years ago. As a picky individual in regards to such a major purchase, she was always there to show me yet ANOTHER listing, whenever it fit my schedule. My most admired quality of hers was her honesty. It was my first home purchase, and I assumed a realtor would try to paint anything in a positive light, to collect their commission check. But Cyndi would provide me a list of pros and cons, just as if it was her who was buying the house.

After I closed on the property, I arrived to find that Cyndi had paid a cleaning service to freshen up the place (as the house was pretty dirty inside) and as I was moving in with my dog, there was another gift from Cyndi waiting at my entry way. A brand new pooper scooper with a congratulatory note :)

Since the purchase we have stayed in touch and I would strongly recommend Cyndi to anyone in need of a good real estate agent in the Denver area!"

-Robert Francis

"Cyndi recently helped my husband and I buy our first home. She did an incredible job of listening to our wants and needs to find us the perfect home within our budget. No pressure, just honest advice and helpful suggestions.

She was also very thorough and fantastic at clearly explaining the process through each step of our home buying experience. Though we hit a few bumps in the road (not because of her), Cyndi was always there to assure us that we would end up happily in our home. She was not only in constant communication with my husband and I, but also with our mortgage broker and the seller, as well.

Cyndi is very knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market, always has a positive attitude, and her negotiating skills are impeccable! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new house!"

Q&A With Cyndi…

Where do you LIVE?
My wife and I live in a mid-century home just west of Sloan’s Lake. It’s a work in progress. We love the proximity to the Highlands, the parks, and the new light rail is just a few blocks away, so we can also be downtown quickly and easily.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
A good broker is essential in buying or selling to get the most dollar for the house and the most home for the person. Real Estate is probably the biggest purchase or sale we make and therefore your realtor is very important financial decision. And it’s also one of the most important, because houses are homes. And a home is a place of communion, love, and peace.

Osaka Sushi next to the Belcaro King Soopers on Colorado Blvd has some fabulous rolls. US Thai in Edgewater does a mean pad thai. Café Brazil on 44th and Lowell has great flavors. Carl’s Pizza on 38th for a good garlicy pie. I love the green chili at La Loma on 26th. And of course the best neighborhood hangout is Meade Street.
